Orders ship from Hawthorne California, within 3-4 business days in which the order was placed.

FOR USA customers: All orders receive free USPS Ground shipping. For an additional charge, customers may choose FEDEX delivery.

FOR CANADA customers: All orders ship Canada Postal Service without a tracking number.

•FedEx Ground - orders received by 3 pm will arrive in 1-5 business days
•FedEx 2-Day - orders received by 3 pm will arrive in 2 business days
•FedEx 3-Day - orders received by 3 pm will arrive in 3 business days
•FedEx Overnight - orders received by 3 pm will arrive the next business day

RETURN POLICY - If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a prompt refund of the purchase price (shipping costs are non-refundable). All returns must be postmarked within 10 days after the date the toy was received. Merchandise must be in an unused condition, with original box and with all toys intact to ensure complete credit. Prior to sending your return, please call Bruder Toy Shop at 1-877-450-5152 ext 3702 for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Include a copy of the receipt (or original), your name, date of purchase, RMA number and reason for return. All sales become final after 10 days.
