We do not sell personal information for money. However, some cookies and similar technologies used for analytics or marketing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California law. You can opt out at any time (see Section 6).
5. Cookies, pixels and your consent
When you first visit the Site, a banner asks whether you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Until you choose, only cookies needed to run the Site (such as your cart and checkout) are used. Analytics and marketing technologies run only if you click Accept or turn them on under Manage preferences. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie or privacy-choices link at the bottom of every page.
The categories are:
- Essential: needed for the cart, checkout, security and remembering your cookie choice.
- Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the Site.
- Marketing: used by Klaviyo and similar tools to personalize emails and offers.
- Preferences: remember settings such as currency.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for that browser.
Do Not Track. Apart from honoring Global Privacy Control as described above, the Site does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common industry standard for them.
6. Your California privacy rights
